You may require only one Business Unit if you are accounting for a single operating company. Quantity represents the total number of users and users shall be assigned as one Named Users administrator authorization (including Impromptu Admin and PowerPlay admin) plus Business Intelligence Named Users equal to the pack number minus one. For example a 10-pack includes one administrator and nine business intelligence users. “Named Users” represents the maximum of Named Users which may access the Software and each Named Users (e.g. login ID) requires an authorization. |

Means the Authorization is limited to 60,000 Calls per year and 1 Site. “Calls” - is an incident created in the CAD system for the transport/movement of a patient from one place to another. “Site” - means a single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the Software has also been authorized in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the Software to process information for that single site or entity. An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office. |

The means by which the Software is accessed by users up to the stated maximum number of individual connections simultaneously logged on to any or all of the Software at any given point in time, irrespective as to whether or not any such connection is actually using resources related to the Software. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of authorized users that may access the Software at any given point in time, and each logon will be considered active during the entire logon period whether or not that user is interacting with the Software at any point in time. |

Core Concurrent Users |
Allows access to the Software up to the same number of Concurrent Users authorized to use the related core Software (the “Core Software”). The total number of Concurrent Users simultaneously logged on to the Core Software and any Software authorized on a CCU basis may not exceed the total number of Concurrent Users authorized to use the Core Software. |
