Means an unlimited number of THRD(S) licensed for use with a specific Server currently licensed or licensed under this Order Form. “Thread” means one (1) unique connection to an application (port address, or data object as defined by the thread properties, with data routed in one direction). Each Thread is represented by a unique name and icon within the applicable Software. |

Unique Profile |
Quantity represents the number of unique profiles developed by Infor for use within the Software by Customer to enable behavioral fit comparison between people and jobs. Each profile is created specifically for a unique job. Allows unlimited use of each Unique Profile within the authorized Business Entity. |

Unique Page Scans |
Means the number of individual document pages that can be scanned by Customer in any annual period. The first annual period shall commence on the Effective Date of this Order Form and any subsequent annual periods shall commence on the anniversary of such Effective Date. |

Unique Records |
Means the Software is authorized based upon the total number of unique records used in a campaign(s) by Epiphany Marketing be they customers, accounts, prospects or other types either retained in the system or residing in external data systems. |

Uniform Resource Locators |
Means there is a limit of one (1) URL, defined by www.url-name.suffix. A URL is defined by the domain name that occupies the URL-name after the www and before the suffix (com, edu, org, uk,etc.). |

Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual users; Each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. |

Utilization - Metered |
Quantity represents the aggregate query or transfer volume, expressed in terabytes, for a 12-month period. Utilization is continuously metered and reported by Infor (a) in the case of query, based upon all queries against the applicable data source; and (b) in the case of transfer, for all transfers of data from the applicable data source. Utilization - Metered is subject to an annual reconcilement and true-up. |

Quantity represents the aggregate query, extract and streaming transfer traffic by Infor applications, expressed in terabytes, for a 12-month period. Utilization is continuously metered and reported by Infor based upon outbound traffic from Infor’s network. |

Utilization - Pooled |
Quantity represents the sum of the monthly utilization measures, expressed in terabytes, for each month in a 12-month period. Monthly utilization is determined by measuring actual utilization on a daily basis and dividing the sum of daily utilization measures for the calendar month by the number of days in such month. Utilization - Pooled is subject to an annual reconcilement and true-up. |

Unique Template |
Quantity represents the number of unique job templates developed by Infor for use within the Software by Customer to enable Strategic Leadership Insights. Each job template is created specifically for a unique, strategic leadership job. Allows unlimited use of each Unique Template by Customer for the specific strategic leadership job for which the Unique Template is created. |
