Tier |
Means the Software is licensed to a specific model number and serial number server and each server model, including its feature codes where applicable, has been assigned to a Tier category as defined solely by Infor. A license is required for each server on which the Software is installed and a server change to a higher Tier category shall be subject to an upgrade fee from Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, a change to a lower level Tier category or to a server within the same Tier category shall not incur an upgrade fee. The Quantity represents the number of servers and the model number(s) and serial number(s) shall be specified in the Equipment section below. |

Traceable Event |
The maximum total traceable events per year in tens of thousands. One “traceable event” is determined as an event logged against a Serial or Serialized Item (aka ‘serial tracked’ item) or a Lot (aka ‘Lot tracked’ item). A Traceable Event is represented by a single, countable object in the database. Examples of Traceable Events are Production Complete, Inspecting a Serial or Lot, Receiving, Shipping, or Aggregating a Serial or Lot. If Member exceeds the maximum total traceable events per year they will be invoiced overage fees of $x per 10,000 overage traceable events. |
