Quantity represents the maximum number of Units per month, averaged over a consecutive 12-month period, that may be sent by or via the Software. A “Unit” is any type of communication to a prospect or customer such as, without limitation, e-mail or direct mail recommendations, or wireless messages. |

Thread |
Means the maximum number of Threads licensed for use with a specific Software licensed under this Order form. “Thread” - means one (1) unique connection to an application (port address, or data object as defined by the thread properties, with data routed in one direction). Each Thread is represented by a unique name and icon within the applicable Software. |

Target Line of Business |
Target Line of Business (TLoB) enables Target to subscribe to a solution for coverage of all revenue in a line of business. The covered line(s) of business is specified in the Order Document. The Target Lines of Business are: • Apparel and Accessories - Intimates/Hosiery/Performance, Shoes, Jewelry/Accessories, Boys and Girls, Newborn/Infant/Toddler, Ready to Wear, Men’s • Hardlines - Toys, Sporting Goods, Entertainment, Electronics • Health and Beauty - Beauty, Healthcare • Home - Decorative Home, Housewares, Domestics, Stationary/Seasonal • Grocery - Household/Personal/Baby, Dry/Snacks/Candy, Pets/Beverage, Meat/Frozen/Dairy, Perishables |

Tier Logical Partition |
Means the Software is licensed to a specific model number and serial number server and each server model, including its feature codes where applicable, has been assigned to a Tier category as defined solely by Infor. A license is required for each Logical Partition on which the Software is installed within the specified server and a server change to a higher Tier category or any increase in the number of Logical Partitions shall be subject to an upgrade fee from Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, a change to a lower level Tier category or to a server within the same Tier category shall not incur an upgrade fee so long as the number of Logical Partitions is not increased. The Quantity represents the number of licensed Logical Partitions within the specified servers and the server model number(s) and serial number(s) shall be specified in the Equipment section below. A “Logical Partition” is a virtual section of a processor or disk drive that is devoted to running an application within a physical partition. |

Transportation Management Transaction |
Means a single record created in the Software as a result of a user initiated function, including without limitation a shipment, bill of lading, or invoice, that results in the generation of a master bill of lading . Any subsequent review of, amendment to, or complementary data added to the originally created record using the Software, shall be considered part of the original record generation and shall not be counted as an additional record for the purpose of determining the maximum number of permitted transaction records. The Quantity represents the maximum number of Transportation Management Transactions allowed annually under this authorization, and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event the number of Transportation Management Transactions exceeds this maximum in any annual period. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of trading partners per year actively transacting on the Nexus platform with the Customer. A Trading Partner may include, but is not limited to, a Supplier, Manufacturing Facility, Logistic Service Provider, Carrier, Agent or Inspection Company. |
