Means the Software is licensed to a specific model number and serial number server and each server model, including its feature codes where applicable, has been assigned to tier category I400 as defined as solely by Infor Solution Partner, InterForm A/S. A license is required for each server on which the Software is installed and a server change to a higher Tier category shall be subject to an upgrade fee from Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, a change to a lower level Tier category or to a server within the same Tier category shall not incur an upgrade fee. The Quantity represents the number of servers and the model number(s) and serial number(s) shall be specified in the Equipment section below. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of electronic devices authorized by Customer. An electronic device is worn by an individual or attached to an equipment that is managed by the Software. |

Means the maximum number of TD Connections authorized for use with a specific Software authorized under this Order Form. “TD Connection” means an interface to a third party instrument. |
| TEAMS |
Teams |
Number of team reports in a year. For purposes of clarification, teams are established at the discretion of Customer. |

Allows use of the Infor OS platform technology up to the usage limits for the corresponding service tier (Essentials, Professional, Enterprise) as set forth in the Infor OS Service Limits at https://os.infor.com/usagelimits plus any additional subscription quantities duly authorized by Customer pursuant to an order form. Use in excess of any usage limit requires a subscription to the appropriate tier or a subscription for an additional quantity of permitted use where applicable. Any changes to the Infor OS Service Limits will not result in a material reduction of service. |
