Means that for each Server seat purchased, the Software is licensed for installation on a single server for use in a terminal-server or client-server environment (including without limitation Citrix or similar) environment (“Client-Server Environment”). The use of F9-based Software in a Client-Server Environment requires the purchase of an applicable Server license which is sold separately. If the Customer replaces or upgrades their server, the license must be transferred to the new machine and may not run on both machines concurrently unless additional Server license seats are purchased. In all cases, the Software may be loaded only onto the maximum number of Server seats specified in the applicable Supplement, subject to the further restriction that access to the server may not exceed the specified number of Workstations Licensed. |

Means the Software is licensed to a specific model number and serial number server and each server model, including its feature codes where applicable, has been assigned to tier category I050 as defined as solely by Infor Solution Partner, InterForm A/S. A license is required for each server on which the Software is installed and a server change to a higher Tier category shall be subject to an upgrade fee from Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, a change to a lower level Tier category or to a server within the same Tier category shall not incur an upgrade fee. The Quantity represents the number of servers and the model number(s) and serial number(s) shall be specified in the Equipment section below. |
