Transportation Spend |
Means all transportation costs, in millions of United States Dollars, incurred by the Customer for transportation services that are managed by the Software during any rolling annual period For purposes of this Order Form, “transportation costs” means the total dollar amount of payments made to transportation services providers, where such payments are processed through the Software. The Quantity represents the maximum Annual Transportation Spend allowed under this authorization. |

Site Rateable Assessments |
Quantity represents the maximum number of rateable assessments processed by the Software for one Site. “Site” - means a single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the Software has also been authorized in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the Software to process information for that single site or entity. |

Stores |
Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of Customer stores, irrespective of whether any such store is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time. A store is any specific physical location where merchandise is sold. |

Means any individual whose primary job function includes responsibility for one or more activities associated with the Software. If accessing a portion of the Software is directly related to the individual’s primary job functions or if the individual accesses the Software most days of the week, then such individual is a Standard User of the Software. |

Means any retail customer of Customer having a direct contract for mobile services, for which Customer has allocated a unique reference number, excluding any indirect customer of the Customer; and the Quantity is the maximum number of such subscribers of the Customer at any point in time for as long as Customer continues to be authorized to the Software. |
