Means a single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned Property located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the Software has also been authorized in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the Software to process information for that single Property or entity. The maximum number of rooms available at the Property is 24 rooms. |

Sales and Marketing Transactions |
Means any order, invoice, or sales or marketing collateral, where such item includes product information derived directly or indirectly from the Software (“Product Information”). The authorized quantity represents the maximum number of Sales and Marketing Transactions allowed annually under this authorization across all Channel Connectors (as defined below), and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event the number of Sales and Marketing Transactions exceeds this maximum in any annual period. A “Channel Connector” is defined as any sales or marketing channel (e.g., a website, social media platform, marketplace or other point of sale) via which Product Information is able to be viewed or accessed. For clarity, a Channel Connector is needed for each separate website, social media platform, marketplace or other point of sale via which such Product Information may be viewed or accessed. The specified quantity of Channel Connectors in the Software description represents the maximum number of Channel Connectors allowed under this authorization, and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event the number of Channel Connectors exceeds this maximum. |
