Means the authorization is limited to a maximum of 200k Email messages per month being processed by the Software or otherwise sent or received, including any material or content which may be incorporated, linked to, attached to or referred to therein, utilizing the e-mail capabilities of the Software authorized hereunder (collectively “E-mails”) and regardless of the monthly Email limitations the Software is limited to a total maximum number of 1 Million unique contact records being setup in the Software (i.e. based upon the total number of unique records used in any e-mail campaign(s), including but not limited to customers, accounts, prospects or other similar contact records either retained in the system or residing in external data systems (collectively “Contacts”). The Software is further restricted to access and use by a maximum of up to 5 individual Named Users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time. The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. If the Customer exceeds either the maximum number of Emails per month or otherwise at any time the maximum number of Contacts, or Named Users is exceeded, then additional authorization fees will be payable by Customer in accordance with Infor’s then current list prices. |

Shipping Carriers |
Means all persons, companies or other entities, including but not limited to public carriers, common carriers or private companies, registered in the Software, which transport property or other assets, regardless of ownership, by any means of conveyance, including but not limited to truck, auto, taxi, bus, airplane, railroad, or ship, whether free or trade or for a fee, during any rolling annual period. The Quantity represents the maximum number of Shipping Carriers allowed under this authorization and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event the number of Shipping Carriers exceeds this maximum in any annual period. |
