SCIMOBL Supply Chain Intelligence: Mobile Users The quantity represents the maximum number of named users that can view existing analytic applications, reports and dashboards through the mobile web-interface on any mobile device supporting a full-featured web-browser.
SCIPOWR Supply Chain Intelligence: Power Users The quantity represents the maximum number of named users that can use all supported functionality defined for Casual Users, plus Power Users can create new analysis, reports, and dashboards, extend analytic applications through UI, modify existing analytic applications and reports, schedule automated delivery, and publish new analysis and reports to other users (including Casual users). Power users can not extend underlying data-sets feeding the analytic applications.

SCL Source Code License Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Software Source Code is proprietary to and the trade secret and Confidential Information of Infor. In addition to its obligations under the License Agreement, Customer hereby agrees as follows: (i) the Software Source Code constitutes only those portions of source code that Infor in its discretion makes generally available to its Customers and Customer understands that Infor may not (and may not have the right to) make available the Source Code to all of the Software licensed by the Customer; (ii) the Source Code may only be used for so long as Customer maintains an authorization for the Software and only for the purpose of developing and supporting Customer-specific modifications to the Software, and not for the purpose of substituting or replacing Support provided by Infor; (iii) Infor will have no responsibility to provide Support for any Customer-specific modifications developed by or for the Customer, including those developed by Infor, unless otherwise agreed to by Infor pursuant to a separately executed services agreement; (iv) Infor exclusively retains ownership to all intellectual property rights associated with the Source Code, the Software and any derivative works thereof, even if solely created by Customer; (v) upon Infor’s request Customer will provide Infor with a copy (including all documentation related thereto) of all derivative works created by Customer and will execute and deliver to Infor any documents reasonably necessary to vest in Infor all right, title and interest therein; (vi) upon any expiration or termination of the Agreement or SCL, Customer's license to the Source Code will immediately terminate and Customer shall return the Source Code to Infor or prepare and send to Infor a written affidavit certifying destruction of the Source Code within ten (10) days following such expiration or termination; (vii) Customer may not copy the Source Code and may only disclose the Source Code, on a need to know basis, to employees of Customer, Infor or an Infor-approved third party provider authorized by Infor in writing (an "Authorized Provider"), but only for so long as such employees remain employed by Customer, Infor or the Authorized Provider and, in the case of an Authorized Provider, only for so long as there is an agreement in effect between Infor and such Authorized Provider authorizing such Authorized Provider to provide modification services for the Software; (viii) Customer shall and shall obligate all employees of Customer or an Authorized Provider that have access to the Source Code to maintain the Source Code as the trade secret and Confidential Information of Infor and to protect the Source Code from disclosure to any third parties, including employees of Customer or an Authorized Provider that are not under an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the Source Code; (ix) Infor may immediately terminate the license granted herein in the event that Infor becomes aware of a breach of these provisions or if, in the commercially reasonable discretion of Infor, a breach is probable; (x) any breach by Customer of its obligations hereunder may cause irreparable damage for which Infor may have no adequate remedy at law, and Infor may exercise all available equitable remedies, including seeking injunctive relief, without having to post a bond; and (xi) if Customer becomes aware of a breach or if a breach is probable, Customer will promptly notify Infor, and will provide assistance and cooperation as is necessary to remedy a breach that has already occurred or to prevent a threatened breach. The License is limited to one (1) Datacenter unless otherwise agreed by the parties in this Order Form.
SD Site Database Quantity represents the maximum number of site databases integrated to the Software for which a license key must be obtained. There is no limit as to the number of users, so long as Customer does not exceed the maximum number of users licensed for the Infor ERP Software. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer understands and agrees that if Customer has multiple Site Databases, then each Site Database requires a separate license, and Customer would be restricted up to the number of Infor ERP users that have access to each specific Site Database.
SDOM Sending Domains Quantity represents the maximum number of internet domains from which emails may be sent to contacts, and each domain (such as @<domain name> or IP Address or Domain Name System (DNS) utilized shall be included in the Quantity; and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event the number of Sending Domains exceeds the maximum Quantity.
SDX Scheduled Data Export/Import Means a Customer-defined export or import of data from an Infor hosted system. Data is delivered to the Customer in an electronic file format at a predetermined frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) and via a predetermined delivery method (e.g., SFTP). The Quantity represents the number of unique data imports and/or exports configured for the Customer without regard to frequency or method of delivery.
SEATS Seats Quantity represents the seats added to an authorization upon which the applicable Software can run.
SER Service Resource Means a unit of service delivery capability, and the specified quantity represents the total number of Service Resources in the authorized entity Per Site. By way of example (as applicable): for Spabooker, each massage room (one guest capacity) counts as one Service Resource Per Site; and for Salonbooker, each operator station in a hair salon counts as one Service Resource Per Site and for Infor Sales & Catering Floor and Reservation Management Solution, each table in a restaurant counts as one Service Resource Per Site each bowling lane in a Bowling alley counts as one Service Resource Per Site
SFBPACK Storefront Business Pack Pack includes a maximum of 100 Access Users (individual users simultaneously accessing Software via the Internet), and 100,000 SKUs (specific products, items, stock keeping units) made available through the Software. If the Customer exceeds either the maximum number of Access Users or SKUs, additional authorization fees will be required.
