Resource Utilization for Infor Nexus |
Quantity represents the maximum number of hours utilized by Infor resources for the maintenance, implementation and enhancements to the Infor Nexus Subscription Services, as well as trade partner activities (training, onboarding and integration), in any year during the Subscription Term. The Resource Utilization quantity limitation shall apply separately to each year during the Subscription Term. In the event that the maximum Resource Utilization quantity is not fully utilized in any year, it shall not accumulate or roll forward to any subsequent year. Any Resource Utilization in excess of the stated quantity limitation shall be billable at Infor’s then current rates. |

Infor Nexus Support Hours |
Quantity represents the maximum number of hours utilized by Infor resources to resolve L1 issues, provide resolution statuses and provide feedback on improvement opportunities related to the Infor Nexus Subscription Services, in any year during the Subscription Term. The Support Hours quantity limitation shall apply separately to each year during the Subscription Term. In the event that the maximum Support Hours quantity is not fully utilized in any year, it shall not accumulate or roll forward to any subsequent year. Any Support Hours in excess of the stated quantity limitation shall be billable at Infor’s then current rates. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of Resource Value Units, where the number of Provider or Patient Records or Unique IDs for Master Person Matching Algorithm is converted to a Resource Value Unit. A "Unique ID" represents a unique person number ID that an Enterprise Master Person Index software assigns to linked records representing the same person from within or across multiple disparate systems in a logical linkage set. |

Retention Years |
Means the number of years after the Initial Retention Period that Customer elects Infor to retain its Candidate Data from the PA Talent Science Analytics Assessment Subscription. The “Initial Retention Period” means either (i) the first two years of the initial Subscription Term or (ii) the entire initial Subscription Term if the initial Subscription Term is less than two years. |

Software is licensed to a specific named (by model/serial #) server. The price of the Software license and corresponding Maintenance & Support does not relate to the size or power of the server. If Customer replaces or upgrades their server, the license must be transferred to the new machine. |

A Sandbox is an instance of the Software to be used for configuration and testing purposes only (i.e. a sandbox site). The Sandbox may not be used for production purposes. The Quantity represents the number of days Customer may utilize the Sandbox. Such days must be used consecutively. Customer shall notify Infor regarding the days that the Sandbox is required. Once the request has been processed, the days shall be considered consumed, regardless of whether Customer utilizes the Sandbox on the days allocated. |

The quantity represents the maximum number of named users that can run existing analysis, perform limited set of dynamic modifications on existing these analytic reports (adding/removing available metrics, slices, formatting, look and feel, etc.) but cannot save modified reports. Casual users cannot schedule existing reports for automatic delivery or create new or structurally modify existing reports. |
