Annual Sales Transactions |
Quantity represents the number of entries processed annually by the Software, including but not limited to purchase orders, sales orders and invoices, regardless of whether such entries are entered manually or electronically. If the Quantity specified is exceeded within the annual period, then the Customer must purchase additional entries. |

Annual Total Revenue |
Subject to the terms of the Agreement and payment of fees based on ATR, Customer and its subsidiaries are permitted to use the Software on an unlimited basis. ATR means total annual gross revenue in the millions of United States Dollars of Customer and its subsidiaries, measured on a consolidated basis, for Customer’s then-most recently completed fiscal year. Customer will provide Infor with details of its ATR as documented in its financial statements within 90 days of the end of its fiscal year or otherwise within thirty days of Infor’s written request. Additional annual Subscription Fees shall be due whenever ATR exceeds the applicable User Restriction. |

Attunity Datasource |
Is defined as the Attunity Connect Software configured to access either VSAM or DB2 datastructures as available in either the Infor E Series or Infor M Series Software modules. The Attunity Connect Software may only be deployed on a specific named (by model/serial #) server as identified herein. Unless Customer is otherwise also licensed for an "Attunity Module" hereunder, this license only allows the Attunity Connect Software to access the data as permitted by the Attunity Datasource as is associated with one named "Attunity Module" defined as follows: "Attunity Module" is defined as the Attunity Connect Software configured to access the data permitted by the "Attunity Datasource" associated with either the Infor E Series or Infor M Series Software modules that are expressly identified in this Order Form (i.e. such as . General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, etc.) |
