An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office. |

Processor Value Unit |
PVU’s are units of measure established and periodically revised by Infor’s third party supplier International Business Machines (“IBM”), which are derived from the performance capabilities of the “Processor Technology” (including but not limited to brand and/or number of processor cores) with which the Software is authorized for usage. As of the execution of the Order Form, Quantity represents the maximum number of PVU’s IBM has established for the Processor Technology, which is associated with the Processor Technology Hardware specified or otherwise to the extent that no Processor Technology Hardware is separately specified in the Order Form then the Processor Technology associated with the applicable Equipment specified. Accordingly, Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (i) without any further amendment to the Order Form the Quantity established herein will as applicable be deemed automatically amended at any time that IBM in its discretion establishes any revisions and/or changes to the calculation of the PVU’s associated with the applicable Processor Technology and (ii) the Software licensed herein are strictly limited to installation and use solely with the Processor Technology associated with the Processor Technology Hardware or as applicable the designated Equipment specified in the Order Form. |
