Allows unlimited use of the Software by Customer and its majority owned subsidiaries so long as the number of persons (whether employees or contractors) managed by the Software is less than the quantity of users listed (if the number of managed persons exceeds this amount, Customer must enter into a new Order Form for the Software within thirty days, with rates to be negotiated). |

Per Member Per Month |
Per-member-per-month quantity shall mean the total number of unique members, each identified by a distinct Enterprise Unique Identifier (EUID) or FHIR Patient ID, whose data is processed, stored, or otherwise utilized by the Licensed Software during a given calendar month. The License Fee shall be calculated on a per member per month basis, determined by the count of such unique members in each month of the Term. In the event the number of unique members processed in any month exceeds the authorized quantity specified in the applicable Order Form, Customer shall obtain additional authorization from Licensor, and additional license and support fees shall apply in accordance with Licensor’s then-current pricing and terms. |

Ports |
Quantity represents the maximum number of virtual Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) device connections which are enabled regardless of whether such connections are active at any point in time. For hardware which supports multi-port connections such as an RJ25 or RJ-45 connector, the maximum number shall include the total enabled ports of the Customer’s IVR hardware and not just the number of physical connectors. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of persons who reside within the jurisdiction of Customer and an increase in population which exceeds the Quantity specified will carry additional Authorization and Support Fees. |

Parallel Processing: means up to two (2) data processing that a program or System component can run simultaneously. Any other Parallel Processing usage is subject to additional fees. |

Processor |
Quantity represents the maximum number of processing units installed on the server(s) on which the Software is operating, without regard to the size of the processor or the number of cores. The cumulative number of processors installed on all servers on which the software is running shall be counted against the license. |

Quantity represents the maximum number (in thousands) of pricing-related requests that may be sent to the Software on an annual basis. If the authorized quantity is exceeded, Customer must purchase additional authorizations. |
