Quantity represents the maximum number of servers on which the Software may be installed and/or from which the Software may be utilized. Additionally, each “inRiver PIM Server – Medium” authorization is restricted to three (3) Published Languages and three (3) Published Channel Assortments on such authorizationd Server. “Published Language”: means each language in which output regarding the applicable product is transferred from the Software to a Published Channel Assortment. “Published Channel Assortment”: means any customized grouping of product information where the structure has been built, or the content has been enhanced or otherwise revised, using the Software (each a “Channel Assortment”), which, in whole or in part, is accessed, viewed or used outside of the Software (e.g. on a website, social media platform, marketplace, point of sales, printed matter, ecommerce, or other similar channel) (“Published”). The specified quantity of one (1) Server, three (3) Published Languages and three (3) Published Channel Assortments represents the maximum number of Servers, Published Languages and Published Channel Assortments allowed under this authorization, and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event any such number exceeds the applicable maximum. |

Planned Items-Planned Locations |
Quantity represents Planned Items multiplied by Planned Locations divided by 10,000. “Planned Items” means the total number of stock keeping units (“SKUs”) that may be managed or planned by the Software and includes, without limitation, end items, works in progress, raw materials, components, assemblies, sub-assemblies and models. “Planned Locations” means the total number of locations where the SKUs exist and includes, without limitation, physical locations (e.g., plants, warehouses and storage areas) and virtual supply chain network locations used in modeling. If the authorized quantity of Planned Items-Locations is exceeded, Customer must purchase additional authorizations. |
