Quantity represents the maximum number of servers on which the Software may be installed and/or from which the Software may be utilized. Additionally, each “inRiver PIM Server – Large” authorization is restricted to seven (7) Published Languages and seven (7) Published Channel Assortment on such authorizationd Server. “Published Language”: means each language in which output regarding the applicable product is transferred from the Software to a Published Channel Assortment. “Published Channel Assortment”: means any customized grouping of product information where the structure has been built, or the content has been enhanced or otherwise revised, using the Software (each a “Channel Assortment”), which, in whole or in part, is accessed, viewed or used outside of the Software (e.g. on a website, social media platform, marketplace, point of sales, printed matter, ecommerce, or other similar channel) (“Published”). The specified quantity of one (1) Server, seven (7) Published Languages and seven (7) Published Channel Assortments represents the maximum number of Servers, Published Languages and Published Channel Assortments allowed under this authorization, and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event any such number exceeds the applicable maximum. |
