NPRU Named Power Users Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, but limited to such employees of Customer who are in a position of administration or management and generally responsible for managerial or administrative tasks regarding Customer employees such as hiring, salaries, approving timesheets and/or request for time off. Such individuals have full access (subject to client-defined security) to all modules, sessions and data, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time and Customer agrees to assign to each Named Power User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.
NSDA Number of suppliers to be declared in DASD2 Quantity represents the maximum number of entity (Legal or Natural) for which the Customer has registered, during the past fiscal year, invoices for Commission, Royalties, Fees, list non-exhaustive, in order to set up the “Déclaration des Honoraires”.
NSITE Named Sites Means a single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned operating facility where required Named Machines are located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the Software has also been authorized in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the Software to process information for that single site or entity. An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office.
NSSU Named Self Service Users Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. These users may be internal employees or external users. External users may be employees of the clients’ customers and/or suppliers and will generally have limited access to software functions and data within the system. These users are generally constrained in their access to the system. They will only see data that pertains to them (a supplier’s or customer’s orders, or an employee’s own personnel records) and will be restricted from generally browsing through data or functions.

The Software is further limited to a maximum of 5 physical Addresses being processed by the Software.
NUAD1000 Named User - 1000k Addresses Quantity represents the maximum number of individual named users being allowed access to the Software, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. The Software is further limited to a maximum of 1,000,000 unique physical Addresses being processed by the Software.
NUAD1500 Named User - 1500k Addresses Quantity represents the maximum number of individual named users being allowed access to the Software, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. The Software is further limited to a maximum of 1,500,000 unique physical Addresses being processed by the Software.
NUAD2500 Named User - 2500k Addresses Quantity represents the maximum number of individual named users being allowed access to the Software, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. The Software is further limited to a maximum of 2,500,000 unique physical Addresses being processed by the Software.
NUADR100 Named User - 100k Addresses Quantity represents the maximum number of individual named users being allowed access to the Software, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. The Software is further limited to a maximum of 100,000 unique physical Addresses being processed by the Software.
