MKTOSDTL Marketo Secured Domains for Tracking Links Entitles customer to tracking links that can be served securely for domains which have implemented HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security). HSTS is a web server directive which forces all subsequent requests for resources on that domain to be loaded through HTTPS. This does not convert tracking links in emails to HTTPS.
MKTOSMB Marketo Core for SMB Entitles the Customer to utilize the Software for the authorized Quantity of "Contacts". Each Contact is a record that represents a person in the marketing database of the Software for whom Customer's end users have at least one point of contact (i.e. email, Facebook, Twitter, physical mailing address, etc.). Contact records without a point of contact, such as a record created as a result of a person visiting Customer's website anonymously, are recorded in the SoftwareSoftware's marketing database, but do not count toward the Quantity of Contacts. In addition to the authorized Quantity of Contacts, Customer may utilize the following sub-components of the Software in accordance with the following metrics: "SEO" or "Search Engine Optimization" for up to 500 keywords and 3 websites; 50,000 Daily API calls ; 5 Named Users of the Marketing Calendar; 2 million Custom Object Records and an Enterprise authorization to use Automation and Workflow, Program Analysis, Ad Targeting, Social Marketing, and Events and Webinars.
MKTOSPT Marketo Premier Support Entitles customer to additional support from a named Marketo Support Engineer including 24/5 global support coverage, unlimited phone support submissions from up to 6 ‘Authorized Support Contacts’, priority case routing, accelerated SLAs, up to 4 mentoring sessions per quarter, and up to 2 support service reviews per year. An Authorized Support Contact is an individual authorized to use the Marketo Support services who has an active user identification and password. Authorized Support Contacts may include but are not limited to end-users, consultants, contractors and agents, and third parties with which customers transact business.
MKTOWEB Marketo Web The Quantity authorized herein entitles the Customer to utilize the Software solely in accordance with the following metrics: a maximum of 100,000 unique web visitors per month for Web Personalization; 210 campaigns, 210 segments and 5 domains for Additional Web Limits; and an Enterprise authorization for Website Retargeting.
MKTOWP Marketo Workspaces and Partitions Entitles customer to separate Marketo work environments, each with its own marketing assets, and lead partitions, creating separate databases each with its own leads that can’t be mixed with other partitions’ leads.
MNU Monitored Named Users The total number of named users on the systems being monitored. Where, Named Users is access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.

MOBNU Mobile Named User The quantity represents the maximum number of individual users, where any individual person which has been defined as a user of any of the Infor Motion products within the specified Software shall be included in the determination of the quantity, irrespective as to whether any such individual has authority to access the specified Software and irrespective as to whether any such individual is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time. The Customer agrees to assign to each individual person a unique user identification in the specified Software, and Customer agrees that it shall not use generic user profiles which would allow more than one individual to be defined as a single user.
MOPMT Monthly Payment A “Monthly Payment” is a single electronic transaction transmitted to a Bank with the purpose of paying an obligation, regardless of the data format used. The specified Quantity represents the maximum number of Monthly Payments that can be transmitted via the Software on a monthly basis. If the specified Quantity is exceeded in any month, Customer must purchase a subscription for additional Monthly Payments.
MRUM Millions of Revenue Under Management Quantity represents access to and use of the Software for the benefit of Customer up to the maximum aggregate Annual Gross Revenue, where Quantity represents the maximum of such Annual Gross Revenue in the millions of United States Dollars. Annual Gross Revenue (”AGR”) means total of Customer’s annual gross revenue that is planned, priced, optimized, managed and/or forecasted by the Software. If during any fiscal year, the AGR is increased above the maximum Quantity specified, whether through organic or inorganic growth, then Customer shall immediately report such increase above the maximum to Infor and such increase shall be subject to additional Subscription Fees.
