AI Account ID A license is required for each unique Account ID number listed.
AIMG Annual Images Quantity of Images represents the maximum number of pages of documents (including, without limitations, documents such as invoices) that may be processed annually using the Software and each page shall be counted against the maximum.
AIMS Infor Augmented Intelligence Service Allows use of Infor’s Artificial Intelligence up to the usage limits for the corresponding service level (level 1, 2, 3 or 4) as set forth in the Infor Augmented Intelligence Service Limits at https://os.infor.com/iaiservice. Usage in excess of any usage limit requires a subscription to the appropriate level of Infor’s Augmented Intelligence Service.
AIP Accounting Integration Point Means each separate endpoint in the flow of information (source or destination) between the Software and Customer’s applicable application(s) and/or system(s), whereby the Software imports and transforms data from the Customer’s applicable application(s) or system(s) considered “source” and creates accounting integration (journal entries) to comport with certain fiscal and locale-specific elements for the Customer’s applicable application(s) or system(s) considered “destination”. The Quantity represents the maximum number of such accounting integration endpoints (source and destination), regardless of whether such accounting integration endpoint is actively passing data at any instant in time.
AIR Air Shipment Maximum number of air shipments per year. A shipment is a per unique House Air Waybill Number (HAWB#) for a given Air Freight Forwarder
AL Add-on License Means that the authorization granted for a specific module to a Software is authorized for use pursuant to the same Use Restrictions (including user counts, etc.) as applies to the Software to which such module applies.
ANALPAK Analysis Pak Analysis Software tools plus 1 seat. Seat means seats/positions added to an authorization upon which the applicable Software can run.
AOBS Annual Onboarding Sessions Quantity represents the maximum number of Suppler Onboarding Sessions in a 12-month period. An "Onboarding Session" is defined as the initiation of the process to onboard a new supplier thru either invitation and/or a self-initiated public session. Each separate onboarding request shall count as a separate Onboarding Session. If the authorized quantity of Onboarding Sessions is exceeded in a 12-month period, Customer will need to purchase additional authorizations.
AOL Annual Order Lines Quantity represents the number of order lines processed annually by the Software.  "Order lines" are defined as individual items or products that are included in an order, including but not limited to manufacturing, purchase, transfer, and sales orders.  If the authorized quantity of order lines is exceeded within the annual period, the Customer must purchase additional order lines.
AOLT Annual Order Lines (in thousands) Quantity represents the number of order lines (in thousands) processed annually by the Software. "Order lines" are defined as individual items or products that are included in an order, including but not limited to manufacturing, purchase, transfer, and sales orders. If the authorized quantity of order lines is exceeded within the annual period, the Customer must purchase additional order lines.
