LMO-DPC Designated Production Computers Restricted to a Single Production Computer at the Site. Model F45 S/N. 10 designated production computers (DPC) at 10 designated production locations for up to 40 wholly owned subsidiaries; customer may make up to 9 copies of the software system.
LMO-EMPR Employee and Revenue Compliance Statement: Section 2.A of Software Schedule No. 95-1973.3 dated 30-Sept-99 reads, "On September 1 for each year that this Agreement remains in effect, Customer will provide to INFINIUM a written certificate, which is the equivalent of a Certified Bank Statement, detailing Customer's annual revenues for its last fiscal year along with a written certificate stating the number of Customer and Customer's Permitted Entities combined employees. If such certificates indicate that Customer and Customer's Permitted Entities combined have either increased the number of employees or Customer's annual revenue as indicated below, Customer shall be responsible for payment of applicable upgrade fees."
LMO-HC Headcount Metric Appendix ISI98-001-A says: This price of the license was calculated based on the annual income of the Client and its subsidiaries which use the Software, are less than 50 million dollars and should be reviewed and modified when annual revenues are over 50 million U.S. dollars. Under these conditions there is no user limit.
