KERNSIB KernMobile Site B Means a single, independently managed, Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address, for which operating facility Customer may use the Software to process scheduling information for up to a maximum of 400 field resources, 5,000 tours and 8,000 addresses. An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office. Each site authorization includes a digital map for one country. Customer shall provide Infor with the identity and location of the operating facility.
KERNSIC KernMobile Site C Means a single, independently managed, Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address, for which operating facility Customer may use the Software to process scheduling information for an unlimited number of field resources, up to a maximum of 5,000 tours and 64,000 addresses. An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office. Each site authorization includes a digital map for one country. Customer shall provide Infor with the identity and location of the operating facility.
KPI Key Performance Indicator Means the metric used to evaluate business factors and measure progress towards a business goal or target. KPIs are limited to reporting on data contained in the applicable product specific Cube.
KZPU KnowledgeZone Partner User Quantity represents the maximum number of named “Partner Users” that are located at the Partner Installation Site/Address set forth herein who may access the specified Subscription Offering specified herein, which generally consists of training information and/or materials made generally available to Infor customers through a training website or other media. Each KnowledgeZone Partner User (e.g., login ID) requires an authorization, and each authorization may only be assigned to a single and exclusive log-in. Partner may not utilize any method or program to automatically reassign a log-in from one user to another or automatically delete log-ins on an hourly or daily basis to circumvent the intent of a named KnowledgeZone Partner User authorization. A “Partner User” shall be specifically limited to those persons who (a) are then-currently employed by Partner; and (b) are, or will be, engaged in providing Professional Services to an Infor Customer and require the requisite knowledge to deliver professional services to an Infor Customer.
KZU KnowledgeZone User Quantity represents the maximum number of named users which may access a specified offering which generally consists of training information and materials made generally available to customers through a training website or other media. Each named user (e.g., login ID) requires an authorization, and each authorization may only be assigned to a single and exclusive log-in. Customer may not utilize any method or program to automatically reassign a log-in from one user to another or automatically delete log-ins on an hourly or daily basis to circumvent the intent of a named KnowledgeZone User authorization. Each KnowledgeZone User must also be an authorized user of the Authorized Software (a/k/a Software or Programs) which is the subject of the training information and materials.
LBR Limited Budget Range Means the Questica Team Budget - for Public Sector entities with combined capital and operating budgets under $1.5 Billion.
LEASE Lease Quantity represents the maximum number of leases (including, without limitation, operating and finance leases that may be managed or stored by the Software.
LINEITV I-tiva number of lines Total number of inbound and outbound phone lines activated on the i-tiva server.
LMO-COPI Copies User Def: "Copies" means that use of the Software is limited to the Quantity identified above such that Customer may only reproduce and utilize the established number of copies of the Software on Equipment that is exclusively owned and controlled by Customer or International Business Machines ('IBM" but only for so long as IBM continues to provide hardware services to Customer) at the location of facilities that are exclusively owned and controlled by Customer or IBM (but only for so long as IBM continues to provide hardware services to Customer), and each copy may be installed on a maximum of one Equipment (i.e. server)."
LMO-CPW CPW rating "Logical partition region (LPAR) equivalent to capacity of 1100 Commercial Processing Workload (CPW). ln addition, on the one (I) year anniversary of this Agreement and for each subsequent year thereafter. Customer shall supply to Infor a letter certifying the current number of processors residing on the IBM AS/400, the processor codes. and the current CPW rating ""CPU"" allows use of the Software on up to the stated maximum number of central processing units for use on a single Server upon which the Software is installed, without limitation as to the number of individual users gaining access to the Software. License: one single DPC (with multiple processers allowed) not to exceed 10,500 active CPW in the aggregate Addendum dated 30-Nov-09 - One (1) production partition that does not exceed 30,000 CPWs"
