Means all transportation costs, in millions of United States Dollars, incurred by the Customer for transportation services that are managed by the Software during any rolling annual period For purposes of this Order Form, “transportation costs” means the total dollar amount of payments made to transportation services providers, where such payments are processed through the Software. The Quantity represents the maximum Annual Freight Spend allowed under this authorization, and Customer shall immediately notify Infor in writing in the event its Annual Freight Spend exceeds this maximum. |

The number of licensed Agents will determine how many concurrent requests can be processed by a single web server application instance (made up of multiple processes) running on an licensed Virtual Server at any one time. Where Virtual Server represents the maximum number of servers on which the Software is installed and in the case of a physical server on which multiple virtual servers or virtual machines are operating the Software, each virtual server or virtual machine shall be counted against this maximum Quantity. The license is not limited by the size or power of the server, regardless of whether the model number of the Server must be specified by Customer in order to provide a license key for the Software. |
