IPCS50K IP Customer SKU 50K An IP Customer SKU is a customer stock keeping number (SKU) managed as an IP Customer SKU in the IP database. Each IP Customer SKU50K represents a maximum of 50,000 additional IP Customer SKUs that can be evaluated by IP Global Classification over and above the 150,000 IP Customer SKUs included with IP Global Classification.
IPDAVL10 IP Data Validations 10 Each represents a maximum of 10 additional IP Data Validations that can be used by Customer in conjunction with the IP Software specified herein.
IPDF IP Direct Filing IP Direct Filing enables Customer to connect authorized IP modules to a country's direct filing system (where available).  Quantity represents the maximum number of IP Direct Filings that can be used by Customer.
IPECS IP Export Content Services Each IP Export Content Services includes the following per annual period during the Subscription Term:     • Screening and maintained restricted party lists     • Drill back functionality
IPEM IP Export Management Each IP Export Management includes the following limited to a single country of export/instance: • 1 Export Country • 1 EIN • 25,000 Annual IP Shipments •  Integrated Denied Party Screening setup (Screenings sold separately) • 1 client-defined inbound export transaction interface • 1 standard outbound export transaction spreadsheet upload • Export License Management • 3 standard shipment documents • 1 client-defined shipment document • Shipment document generation • Re-Export Content Validations • Export Content Validations • PGA Data (USA Only) • SOLAS Data • Parent-Child Sets • Consolidation / Deconsolidation • Up to 50 Named Users* • 3 Security Groups Minimum of one instance per Country of Export is required.  * A “Named User” allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.
IPFM IP FTA Management Each IP FTA Management includes the following limited to a single country of manufacture: • 1 FTA • 5 HS Chapters • 25,000 IP BOM analysis • 500 Trading Partners • 1 client-defined inbound Bill of Material (BOM) Interface • 1 client-defined inbound Trading Partner interface • 1 standard Trading Partner spreadsheet upload • Customer Requests Screen (Includes Standard Spreadsheet Upload) • What If Analysis • Up to 50 Named Users • 3 Security Groups * A “Named User” allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.
IPFMA IP FTA An IP FTA is the representation of a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in the IP database. Quantity represents an additional IP FTA that can be used by Customer in conjunction with IP FTA Management and includes 5 HS Chapters and 250 IP Trading Partners in addition to those included with IP FTA Management.
IPGC IP Global Classification Each IP Global Classification is limited to a single instance   and  includes up to 50 Named Users*, 150K IP Customer  SKUs, 3 system interfaces (1 Client-defined inbound parts interface, 1 client-defined outbound parts interface, 1 standard parts spreadsheet upload), 50GB document storage, HS Validation, HS Mapping, Statistical Classifier, GA Data & PGA Mapping (U.S. only), Classification Update (Mass or Ad hoc) • 5 country profiles with country specific trade content --for each country profile, country specific content may include the following (provided IP has such content): HS number, main rate, preferential rates, description, UoM, chapter notes, FTA rules of origin text, preferential/ non-preferential rules of Origin by HS / marking and labeling, import/export volumes, WCO explanatory notes, and export controls • Classification Assignment • Sets/Kits • Audit Log • Classification Audit Workflow • Tariff Changes Manager and Product Update • Classification Content Integration • 3 Security Groups * A “Named User” allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.
IPGCRS IP Classification Request Screen An IP Classification Request Screen allows a Customer user to submit a request for additional information, documentation, etc.   Quantity represents the maximum number of IP Classification Request Screens that can be used by Customer  in conjunction with IP Global Classification.
IPHSCH5 IP HS Chapters 5 An IP HS Chapter is the representation of an HS Chapter in the IP database and is from the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System developed by the World Customs Organization. Each IP HS Chapters 5 represents a maximum of 5 additional IP HS Chapters that can be used by Customer in conjunction with IP FTA Management in addition to the 5 IP HS Chapters included with IP FTA Management.
