EPAK Enterprise |
Customer and any legal entity (such as a corporation) that is majority owned or majority controlled, directly or indirectly, by Customer. EPAK Named User are required to access or use the EPAK Software or to view, access or use for any reason any output or content generated from the EPAK Software. Where "EPAK Named User" = Quantity represents the maximum number of individuals that are authorized to access or use the EPAK Software and not only does each such Named User that is granted a login ID require a license, but also any individuals that may view, access or use for any reason any content or output generated from the EPAK Software also require a license and are subject to the Quantity. Customer may not utilize any method or program to automatically reassign any Named User login ID from any one user to another. |

A single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the EPAK Software has also been licensed in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the EPAK Software to access or use the EPAK Software or to view, access or use for any reason any output or content generated from the EPAK Software for that single site or entity. An operating facility may include, but is not limited to, a manufacturing plant, warehouse distribution site, data center site, or central office. |

Allows use of the Software designated as Enterprise Site Rateable Assessments up to the maximum number of Site Rateable Assessments. Definition Quantity represents the maximum number of rateable assessments processed by the Software for one Site. “Site” – means a single, independently managed, (i) Customer-owned operating facility located at a specific physical address or (ii) a separate legal entity, to which the Software has also been authorized in the Agreement, at the same physical address; for which Customer utilizes the Software to process information for that single site or entity. |
