EN Entities Means any entity, company, business place, division or other type of business unit located at a specific address. By way of example, if a company had a corporate location at a specific address and three divisions located at different addresses, that would represent four Fiscal Entities. By way of alternative example, if two business units were located at the same address that would represent two Fiscal Entities. All Fiscal Entities must be owned (directly or indirectly) by Customer.
ENDO01 One entity with annual volume-based tiers Permits use of the Software by one (1) legally registered entity, subject to the volume limits of the applicable tier, based on the number of documents processed annually.
ENDO05 Five entities with annual volume-based tiers Permits use of the Software by up to five (5) legally registered entities, subject to the volume limits of the applicable tier, based on the number of documents processed annually.
ENDO10 Ten entities with annual volume-based tiers Permits use of the Software by up to ten (10) legally registered entities, subject to the volume limits of the applicable tier, based on the number of documents processed annually.
ENGD Rhythm Engage Device Quantity represents the maximum number of “devices” on which Rhythm Engage may be installed. A “device” is defined as a fixed register or a mobile device (including, without limitation, smartphones and tablets) used in a store.
ENGDB Rhythm Engage Device (Block of 1000) Quantity represents the maximum number of “devices” on which Rhythm Engage may be installed, in blocks of 1000 devices. A “device” is defined as a fixed register or a mobile device (including, without limitation, smartphones and tablets) used in a store.

EPAKCL EPAK Client Client represents either a "Device" or a "User". A Device means an individual workstation devices including but not limited to a shop floor computer, hand held scanner, mobile phone (i) on which the Software is installed and/or (ii) which accesses the Software. Any device that may view, access or use for any reason any content or output generated from the EPAK Software also requires a license and are subject to the Quantity. EPAKCU EPAK Concurrent User Quantity represents the maximum number of authorized users that may access or use the EPAK Software at any given point in time, and each logon will be considered active during the entire logon period whether or not that user is interacting with the software at any point in time. Any individuals that may view, access or use for any reason any content or output generated from the EPAK Software also require a license and are subject to the Quantity.
