ECN1 One Encrypted Connection “Encrypted Connection” means the one-to-one relationship between the Software, which may be installed on one (1) Customer server, and Customer’s relevant application whereby the Software imports and analyzes applicable Customer data from the Customer’s five (5) licensed Mailboxes (each “Mailbox” an external network connection point for electronic data interchange (EDI) data) and creates an encrypted connection in the Software for Customer’s licensed use. The Quantity (1) represents the maximum number of such Encrypted Connections regardless of whether such connection is actively passing data at any instant in time, and each licensed Encrypted Connection includes five (5) licensed Mailboxes (i.e. 1 Encrypted Connection and 5 Mailboxes).
ECN10 Ten Encrypted Connections “Encrypted Connection” means the one-to-one relationship between the Software, which may be installed on one (1) Customer server, and Customer’s relevant application whereby the Software imports and analyzes applicable Customer data from the Customer’s fifty (50) licensed Mailboxes (each “Mailbox” an external network connection point for electronic data interchange (EDI) data) and creates an encrypted connection in the Software for Customer’s licensed use. The Quantity (10) represents the maximum number of such Encrypted Connections regardless of whether such connection is actively passing data at any instant in time, and each licensed Encrypted Connection includes five (5) licensed Mailboxes (i.e. 10 Encrypted Connections and 50 Mailboxes).
ECN2 Two Encrypted Connections “Encrypted Connection” means the one-to-one relationship between the Software, which may be installed on one (1) Customer server, and Customer’s relevant application whereby the Software imports and analyzes applicable Customer data from the Customer’s ten (10) licensed Mailboxes (each “Mailbox” an external network connection point for electronic data interchange (EDI) data) and creates an encrypted connection in the Software for Customer’s licensed use. The Quantity (2) represents the maximum number of such Encrypted Connections regardless of whether such connection is actively passing data at any instant in time, and each licensed Encrypted Connection includes five (5) licensed Mailboxes (i.e. 2 Encrypted Connections and 10 Mailboxes).
ECN5 Five Encrypted Connections “Encrypted Connection” means the one-to-one relationship between the Software, which may be installed on one (1) Customer server, and Customer’s relevant application whereby the Software imports and analyzes applicable Customer data from the Customer’s twenty-five (25) licensed Mailboxes (each “Mailbox” an external network connection point for electronic data interchange (EDI) data) and creates an encrypted connection in the Software for Customer’s licensed use. The Quantity (5) represents the maximum number of such Encrypted Connections regardless of whether such connection is actively passing data at any instant in time, and each licensed Encrypted Connection includes five (5) licensed Mailboxes (i.e. 5 Encrypted Connections and 25 Mailboxes).
ECU Enterprise Concurrent User The maximum number of individuals within Customer’s Enterprise that can simultaneously access or use a Software at one time. “Enterprise” - Customer and any legal entity (such as a corporation) located in the United States or Canada that is majority owned or majority controlled, directly or indirectly, by Customer.
ECUST End User Customers (OEM) The maximum number of legal entities with whom Customer has a customer relationship, and to whom the Software may be made available within the Integrated Solution, regardless of the total number of individual end users within each entity.
EISPKA EIS Pack A Pack includes a license to install the Software at one (1) Site (separate physical address location utilizing the Software). License is limited to: a) a maximum population size of 7,999; b) a maximum of 7 officers; c) maximum of 9 jail beds.
EISPKB EIS Pack B Pack includes a license to install the Software at one (1) Site (separate physical address location utilizing the Software). License is limited to: a) a maximum population size of 18,999; b) a maximum of 24 officers; c) a maximum of 54 jail beds.
EISPKC EIS Pack C Pack includes a license to install the Software at one (1) Site (separate physical address location utilizing the Software). License is limited to: a) a maximum population size of 44,999; b) a maximum of 49 officers; c) a maximum of 209 jail beds.
EISPKD EIS Pack D Pack includes a license to install the Software at one (1) Site (separate physical address location utilizing the Software). License is limited to: a) a maximum population size of 69,999; b) a maximum of 99 officers; c) a maximum of 499 jail beds
