Data Extract Run Services |
Data Extract Run Services = During the Term, Customer is allowed to submit to Infor separate ERP data extracts (each for a different period of time), not to exceed in total the specified Quantity, for analysis in Customer’s provisioned Amazon WorkSpace area. For clarity, additional extracts of the same data requested by Infor in connection with its preparation of such data for analysis will not count as separate ERP data extracts for purposes herein. |

Exported Event |
An Exported Event is a transfer (cash collection event) or a Financial Event that has been imported in Robot Cash , processed automatically or manually, and exported to the Accounting system. • A counter of events is configured with the annual volume bought, and the customer is alerted when the volume is near to be reached • When the volume is reached, the customer is blocked and he must sign an addendum • Pricing of upgrade is the difference between the former number and the new • The counter is reset to 0 after 1 year. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of data integrations written or customized to import, work with, translate and/or process data and information from other applications or systems. |

Datalink |
Allows access to the authorized datalink up to the defined number of Web Parts Users. Where a Web Parts User is a Named User who is entitled access to all authorized Datalinks. Where Named Users - Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. |

Means a type of data warehouse designed primarily to address the marketing needs of Customer subject to the limitations defined by the set-up requirements of the Software, and Quantity is the maximum number of such Datamarts which Customer is permitted to utilize under the Authorization. |

Means the maximum number of items that may be processed in or by the Software on an annual basis; and an item shall include, but not be limited to, each separate invoice, payment request, expense report, timesheet or image file, as applicable to the specified Software; and all items shall be counted against the maximum Quantity regardless of the status of each such item. |
