Customer Total Annual Operating Budget Millions |
Quantity represents access to and use of the Software for the benefit of Customer up to the maximum aggregate Total Annual Operating Budget in Millions, where Quantity represents the maximum of such Total Annual Operating Budget in Millions of United States Dollars. Customer Total Annual Operating Budget in Millions means total of Customer’s annual operating budget that is planned, priced, optimized, managed and/or forecasted by the Component. If during any fiscal year Total Annual Operating Budget in Millions is increased above the maximum Quantity specified, whether through organic or inorganic growth, then Customer shall immediately report such increase above the maximum to Infor and such increase may be subject to additional fees. |

Quantity represents the maximum number of authorized users that may access the Software at any given point in time, and each logon will be considered active during the entire logon period whether or not that user is interacting with the software at any point in time. |

CorVu Pack |
Each Pack includes (i) a license to install CorVu Development Kit on one (1) Server; and (ii) a license for one (1) Named User of CorBusiness Professional. Each Named User license may only be assigned to a single and exclusive log-in. Customer may not utilize any method or program to automatically reassign a log-in from one user to another. Log-ins can be only reassigned with the authorization and assistance from Infor or Rocket Software. |

Represents the country for which the Software may be used in Business Transactions. A “Business Transaction” involves the processing of a payment, transfer of funds, or cash receipt by Customer, or a Customer Affiliate, for itself or on behalf of a Customer Affiliate where a ”Customer Affiliate” means any entity, directly or indirectly, controlling, controlled by or under common control with Customer residing in a specified country. |

Data Center |
Quantity represents the maximum number of separate data centers having the Software installed on machines located within it. Each separate data center requires a license. A Datacenter is the department in an enterprise that houses and maintains back-end information technology systems and data stores. Typically, this department and all the systems reside in one physical place or site. |

Database |
A license is required for each database on which the Software is deployed. For example, if the Software is deployed on 3 independent databases all running on 1 server, 3 licenses would be required. |

Device CAL |
Quantity represents the maximum number of client devices (for example, a PC, workstation, terminal, PDA, mobile phone, and so on) which access or use the services or functionality of Microsoft SQL Server, regardless of the number of people who utilize the device. |

Data Collection User |
Quantity represents the maximum number of individual users or workstations which may access the Software and each login ID requires an authorization. The authorization is further limited to providing access to only the data collection forms through a web browser. |

Department |
The maximum number of Customer departments (for example, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.), which must be specifically identified in this Order Form, to whom the Software may be made available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any permitted assignment of the authorizations hereunder by Customer to a successor or acquiring entity, Infor reserves the right to charge additional fees to be negotiated in good faith between Infor and Customer. |
