CPUCNU CPU Cores with Named User Restriction Quantity represents the maximum number of Central Processing Unit Cores (“CPU Cores”) utilized by the Software at peak times and all CPU Cores utilized must be licensed. License is also limited to the number of Named Users that the base product is licensed for. Where "Named Users" Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time; The Customer agrees to assign to each Named User a unique identification profile, it being agreed that to the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user.
CPUCORE CPU Cores Quantity represents the maximum number of Central Processing Unit Cores (“CPU Cores”) visible to the operating system or utilized by the Software at peak times. All CPU Cores utilized must be licensed.
CPUCORE2 2 CPU Cores The maximum number of Central Processing Unit Cores (“CPU Cores”) visible to the operating system or utilized by the Software at peak times must be licensed.
CPUCORV CPU Cores Physical or Virtual Quantity represents the maximum number of physical or virtual Central Processing Unit Cores (“CPU Cores”) visible to the operating system or utilized by the Software at peak times. All CPU Cores utilized must be licensed.
CPUPROC CPU Processor Quantity represents the maximum number of Central Processing Units (CPU processors) installed on the Server on which the Software is operating, without regard to the size of the processor or the number of cores. Each row in the above Software table indicates the number of Processors licensed on a single server, and replacement of a current server with a new server may require installation of a new license key which shall be at no additional charge provided Customer is then-currently on an Infor Support Plan.
