2NDNU Secondary Named User Allows access to the Software up to the stated maximum number of individual named users, irrespective as to whether any such named user is actively logged on to the Software at a given point in time, where such named user has no administrative capabilities (e.g., no ability to change configuration settings, or to create or change workflows or other business rules). To the extent Customer uses generic user profiles as a means to access the Software, each separate log-on accessing the Software will be counted as a separate user. Each Secondary Named User should be designated as “secondary” when setting up access rights in the Software.
4CPU 4CPU Quantity of 4 represents the maximum number of Central Processing Units (CPU) and each CPU in the Server on which the Software is installed shall be counted regardless of whether the Software utilizes resources on the CPU. The Quantity does not relate to the size, power or number of cores in the CPU. If Customer replaces or upgrades the server, the license must be transferred to the new server and fees shall apply if the number of processors is increased.
